Fate Stay Night

Before I noticed this title, I have never heard about graphical novels, on which this anime is based on. When I was watching Fate Stay Night for a first few minutes it wasn't anything special, but I didn't realise, that It will completely draw me into the Holy Grail War. Shirō Emiya is a normal teenager, who is dragged into this crazy event. He becomes a master of a very interesting servant - Saber. A lot of fighting scenes, romance and a good storyline. The anime is an adaptation of the Fate/stay night visual novel, featuring content from all of the available scenarios in the original game's release. The general direction of the anime borrows heavily from the Fate scenario, with select segments from Unlimited Blade Works.

 

 

What do I think about Fate Stay Night?

+ interesting storyline and characters

+ hidden bonuses ( real identity of archer)

+ fighting scenes

- some aspects might be difficult to understand for people that haven't completed visual novel

- this anime should use more ideas and moments from every route in Visual Novel ( aime would be even better than it already is)

- some characters are fighting for life and death and for some reason they becoming friends with people that had hurt them (Illyasvie after what she has done).
