Ga-Rei: Zero

Demons, secret organisation and two girls with katanas. This anime is a prequel to the story in Manga. When I've watched first episode I ... was positively shocked !!!  A lot of action, paranormal creatures and this feeling when there is a lot going on on the screen but you don't have a clue what's happening and why. Don't worry, after last episode you will be able to put everything together. I really liked this type of introduction to the anime, but for many people it might be a little too much. Anyway, I was a little dissapointed with some of the other episodes. If they would keep the tempo of the first one, this anime would be perfect. Nonetheless, it's still very good but I was very frustrated that Tauru Kanze- a guy from the first episode didn't get too much time on the screen( watch it to understand why ;P), because in my opinion he, and his past where quite interesting.

What do I think about Ga-Rei:Zero ?

+ Amazing, chaotic introduction to the anime
+ Violent story about friendship
+ Tauru Kanze - very interesting character

- Some people might dislike first episodes because of the whole action without explanation at the beggining
- After first episodes anime is significantly slowing down ( which again, some people might find much more interesting)
- Because it's a prologue to the story in manga, anime cuts in a good moment, but after watching it everyone would agree that it should have a continuation( at least few OAV's or just following the story in manga)
