s-CRY-ed

Hundred years ago there was a big catastrophe in Japan, which causes appearing of a new island. After many years the country was able to rebuilt itself,  but something's changed. People, survivors of the cataclysm, which lived on this island were able to use weird powers called Alter. Quickly, new special organisation called HOLY is created in order to get rid of them, but the locals won't live their homeland that easy. Every story needs a hero and s-CRY-ed is no different. Kazuma, arrogant and very aggresive Alter-user will try to save his friends and the place where he was born - will he be able to do it ?

What do I think about s-CRY-ed ?

+ non- stop action
+ the fact , that every character can die makes it very interesting
+ we can see that some of the main characters are changing during the story(behaviour, personality), some of them even few times.

-  most of alter user's powers ( their power allows them to summon some giant mech or other pokemon to fight for them) and the fact that if the anime would be much darker it would be much more interesting
- soldiers from HOLY are basically just a background ( are they too stupid to get the idea of shooting the one who summoned their Alter( which looks like would be much easier) rather than trying to kill what was summoned?
- main character has only few "moves" which he uses all the time
